Shipping

We ship 2 different way depending what you order at shopjourneylockets.com.  Please read the shipping details below.

Jewelry Orders:

All jewelry orders are shipped
UPS Ground unless other prior arrangements have been made. Faster shipping can be quoted if needed.

***We cannot ship jewelry orders to P.O. Boxes.  UPS cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes. Please provide a valid street address where your order can be delivered.***

The charge for UPS Ground shipping is a FLAT RATE of $13.  Once your order has shipped, you will be emailed a tracking number.  You can check the status of your order by clicking the link provided.

[Shipping Timeline]

Most orders are shipped within 1-4 business days of placing the order.  If we are away at a show, orders will be shipped as soon as we return.  You can see our show schedule at JourneyLockets.com.

If you are placing an order for a time sensitive gift or special occasion, we encourage you to let us know this in order comments, or send us a message.  We want to make sure your order arrives in time for the big day.

Inserts Orders:
usps.gifInserts (only) orders are mailed using the United States Postal Service.  The address given for "shipping" should be your mailing address.  You will receive an email stating that your order has "shipped" via USPS, but there will be no tracking number.  The inserts should arrive in your mailbox within a few days.

If you order inserts along with a jewelry piece, your inserts will ship within the UPS package.

Returns & Exchanges

[Effective January 1,2012]
***Our Official Return Policy is we are unable to offer refunds, but we will gladly offer store credit.  Return requests must be submitted within 60 days of purchase.**

We do allow you to return or exchange any item within 60 days of the purchase if you are not completely satisfied, as long as the item is in the original like-new condition.  You must have the dated reciept from your purchase, to verify that your purchase was made from Journey Lockets, LLC (not a Journey Locket retailer), and to verify the price of the item you purchased.  If you choose to return an item purchased online or at a show, you will be issued a Store Credit in our online boutique. We are unable to offer refunds.

*If you need to return or exchange an item purchased online you must submit a Return Request through our website.

Here's how:

  1. Login to your JL account.
  2. Click on "Completed Orders"
  3. Click on "Return Item(s)"
  4. Fill out the form indicating the reason for the request.
  5. Click "Submit Return Request"

We will process the return request and contact you if we need more information. You will receive an email with details about the return within 2-3 days.

*If you need to return or exchange an item purchased at a show you must submit an email to info@journeylockets.com and include the detailed information about the piece you have (item name, length or size, and a photograph would be great).  We will also need a copy of your receipt.  Please send a digital copy of the reciept if it was send via email or a photo of a written receipt will work also.

We will process the return request and contact you if we need more information. You will receive an email with details about the return within 2-3 days.
